Brandon went above and beyond for me. Came in to just get a headlight and Brandon helped me find the right one but also suggested getting two so they wouldn’t be uneven but also making sure I was safe. not only that, he took the time to make sure that they were installed correctly. I definitely recommend Brandon for any help.

In a World where technology surrounds us, the human touch makes a bigger difference than ever before.
Jason, the Assistant Store Manager, made the difference for me. I was doing a specialty job that required specialty parts. He called all of the stores in the area and made my life a whole lot easier.
I thanked him for his efforts and apologized for the amount of time he gave me, while knowing other stores would get sales credit. He looked me dead in the eyes and said "I don't care. What matters is a happy customer.". He's right. My loyalty to AutoZone was boosted that day.
I hope AutoZone promotes him into a trainer, if that is the path he wants.
