I was doing a specialty job that required specialty parts. He called all of the stores in the area and made my life a whole lot easier. I thanked him for his efforts and apologized for the amount of time he gave me, while knowing other stores would get sales credit. He looked me dead in the eyes and said "I don't care. What matters is a happy customer.". He's right. My loyalty to AutoZone was boosted that day. I hope AutoZone promotes him into a trainer, if that is the path he wants.
