  They fixed the dent in my truck and painted it. They did an amazing job and even detailed my truck after they were done! Very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you Chicos. I would recommend this to others that need a body shop. (Before and after pictures)

  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I went to Chico’s to get some minor damage to my car’s trim adhesive fixed. These folks were not only extremely kind, but also quick and helpful. They explained why they fixed it the way they did and when I asked how much I owed, they said $0. I asked if I could at least tip and they said to just leave them a good review. So not only will I leave a good one, but a great one because these people are COMMUNITY-ORIENTED and EXTRAORDINARILY KIND. Thank you for being a backbone of our community Chico’s!

  Our vehicle was hit in a parking lot, and State Farm recommended Chico's. Chico's repaired the dented trunk, but they left a two-inch-wide line of ruined paint around the edge of the entire repaired area. It looked like they had taped off the area they were working on, and when they removed the tape, the paint came off with it. Instead of trying to fix it or make some kind of amends, Chico said our car was a "peeler," and he wished he had never agreed to work on it. He said we were "just trying to get them to repaint our entire car." Our car had no other signs of peeling paint anywhere else. We were so disappointed and upset to have damage done to our car while it was being repaired. We trusted State Farm and Chico's, and we were let down big time. It was hard hearing a bunch of excuses and refusals instead of having Chico's simply try to make it right. We would never recommend this place to anyone. You will end up with more problems than you started with.

  Return customer to Chico's, they are fast and very friendly. Not only is their body work fantastic, the detail service they provide at the end of your service is phenomenal. This is twice now that they have had a 2 day turnaround, and I appreciate that they don't leave your car for weeks on end.

  They always have great customer service and always know what the problem is with my car! I’m extremely grateful for the amazing work they do! They are also very honest when it comes to prices and if something is worth repairing. I never feel like they are just trying to get money out of me.
