  I don't leave reviews very often but I was so impressed and had such a great experience I had to give Marshall's their props! My nephew recommended Marshall's when my Jeep Gladiator was side swiped by a box truck and the front fender was torn off. Anyone who knows me knows this is my baby! I was unsure at first and took my Jeep in just to see what they would say. Within a few minutes I was handing them my keys and getting a rental to drive during the repairs! They made me feel confident they would get my Glad back to her original glory! The whole experience was so easy and they were fantastic! They took care of everything from the insurance inspection to the final paperwork! Any time they found anything or had problems finding a part they called to keep me updated. When I picked her up and found a couple minor things they took care of it right away! They're all such great people and really do care about making your experience the best and getting your vehicle back on the road the right way! My baby is good as new and ready to take on some trails this summer! I probably could have gone to one of those bigger shops and got my Jeep back and it would've been fine but I probably also would've been just another car repair. At Marshall's I felt like I was their most important client and that means a lot these days! They're my peeps now and when my Jeep needs work again (I have plans for her!) there's no way I'll take her anywhere else! Thanks for everything giys!

  Our new car was involved in a side swipe situation. I wasn't looking forward to all the "hassle" with our insurance company and getting quotes and basically spending a lot of time dealing with this accident. We thought we would see if Marshall's could do the work. I've known Chris for several years and heard that he was very detailed with the work he does. But, I was under the impression that he dealt pretty much exclusively with restorations and custom paint jobs and not so much mainstream body and paint work. My assumption was incorrect. We took the car to their shop for a quote and had the total price in a couple of hours. It was very fair. Brianna, the co-owner and office manager, said they could do the work and have the car back within a few days. She dealt with the insurance company for us, told us when to bring the car in and when to pick it up. The work was done in a shorter amount of time than anticipated. We were extremely pleased with the work that was done and how we were treated. Thanks again Chris and Brianna!

  Marshall’s was easy to schedule and to work with insurance on fixing my truck. You can tell they take pride in their work. They were done quicker than the time frame quoted. I would use them again and highly recommend using this family owned and local business.
