  As a customer for 42 years I have also been happy with my service until the other day. Josh happily looked at my car & got it fixed right away. He said thank you as always. When I went into the office to pay the energy was a different story. The CSR at the the front desk was in a way. No greeting & no thank you. Didn't even remember my name. That is why I gave a 4

  My heater was broken, and I only expected a diagnosis with a possible fix appointment. I am so happy about my experience with Gils point S tire yesterday. In, and out with a great price to a great fix that Ford misdiagnosed. Great job!

  This was one of the best experiences I’ve had! I got 4 tires at a great price and they not only put on the tires, they checked fluids, brakes, belts, everything in less than a hour. My tires are so quiet and the personnel were very professional and informative. I will be going back and recommend this store. Chris was great!
