  BIG THANKS TO BRI!!! I brought a 2013 Honda CRV owned by an 87-year-old friend into Gerber to see what they could do to improve the scuffed headlight covers. My friend really doesn't need a huge car expense (like new headlamps) for a vehicle he mostly drives short distances around town to run errands, but everyone was guarded in their prediction of how much polishing could improve them. It was worth a shot, and Bri gave it her all. The difference was amazing, really, due in large part to the fact that Bri really tried. As a woman, it was also so great to see a woman step out of the body shop to do this work. So cool. I don't have a "before" image, but the covers looked like they had cataracts.

  i've been to a number of body shops in my lifetime, but have NEVER had a top notch, exceptional experience like i had with Gerber here in McMinnville! from the time i walked into the shop, i was attended to immediately by the front desk staff, introduced to the service estimator who was thoroughly professional and courteous, and finally the expert repair was accomplished in short order by an expert! i can't say enough about the entire crew there and if you need their services you won't be disappointed!

  Top notch place! Very kind an thoughtful staff. The repair was done quicker than I thought it would be. The workmanship was perfect. I was provided text updates and a generous guarantee on the work provided.

  Theses guys are my heroes when it comes to car body work. They replaced the front bumper charging about half what another company wanted, fixed a dent in the back without my asking for no extra cost, cleaned the car inside and out, and brought it to me when it was ready. They said it might take a week but it was back in two days. Beyond that, they are also warm people who listen to what you want and treat you like a human being. It doesn't get much better than that.
