  Our new car was involved in a side swipe situation. I wasn't looking forward to all the "hassle" with our insurance company and getting quotes and basically spending a lot of time dealing with this accident. We thought we would see if Marshall's could do the work. I've known Chris for several years and heard that he was very detailed with the work he does. But, I was under the impression that he dealt pretty much exclusively with restorations and custom paint jobs and not so much mainstream body and paint work. My assumption was incorrect. We took the car to their shop for a quote and had the total price in a couple of hours. It was very fair. Brianna, the co-owner and office manager, said they could do the work and have the car back within a few days. She dealt with the insurance company for us, told us when to bring the car in and when to pick it up. The work was done in a shorter amount of time than anticipated. We were extremely pleased with the work that was done and how we were treated. Thanks again Chris and Brianna!

  Marshall’s was easy to schedule and to work with insurance on fixing my truck. You can tell they take pride in their work. They were done quicker than the time frame quoted. I would use them again and highly recommend using this family owned and local business.

  Marshall’s provided excellent customer service. They did quality body work on our Toyota Corolla. Very happy with the outcome. Was especially impressed with their integrity. The insurance company payout was greater than what they initially charged for the parts and labor. They reimbursed us the difference of several hundred dollars. If they had decided not to do this, there is no way we would have known. Our Toyota looks better than it did before the accident.

  Staff was friendly and professional got the ball rolling with insurance. Our 2024 Rav was rearended on the driver side corner, at bumper and quarter panel and its back looking like new. We highly recommend them
