I dropped off my truck on September 10 for an undiagnosed electrical issue and the only call I received was to authorize the diagnosis. After following up a week later, I was told no one had even looked at my truck. Despite weekly check-ins, I was repeatedly told the same thing or told Cody, the service manager, was too busy to call back. Last week I was informed the technician assigned to my truck had quit and there was no timeline for when it would be inspected. My truck has simply been sitting at the dealership while I’m expected to wait for someone to get to it. My family has owned many GMC vehicles and had excellent experiences until now. Because of this, the dealership has lost all of our future business.

Letting me test drive as long as I wanted. He was friendly, funny, and kind Letting me take all the time I needed checking under the hood. Looking under the vehicle and all the interior i never felt rushed or that I wasn't important. Doing the finances. Christina went over everything with me explaining in detail all the information. I didn't feel pressured into anything she made the experience fun and exciting with my new vehicle. Our family looks forward to continuing business with lums and there amazing team! Thank you so much
