This jiffy lube wouldn't let me redeem the prepaid oil change for conventional oil because the coupon says synthetic. Which makes no sense because conventional oil is cheaper. So now I'm stuck with a 3 pack of oil changes I can't use. I asked the technician working why he couldn't redeem it for conventional oil instead and he replied "I just can't do it". Yeah...... Okay Bud.

On top of that, the staff was rude and talked down to me about my car, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. There was also an unprofessional personal conversation happening in the bay with someone who wasn’t even getting service, which felt inappropriate while I was paying customer. Overall, poor communication, unexpected charges, and unprofessional behavior. I won’t be returning to this location.
