Received a confirmation call a few hours before my Reserved time to pick up the car was given 2 Nissan options as what was available. 2-3 hours later when I arrived at my Reserved pick up time my only options were either a compact car Toyota corolla or a free up grade of a compact suv gmc terrain. Im 5'9 husband is 6'1 we needs more leg room and more trunk space. neither compact options were adequate for our needs. No other option was given to us. What is the point of a reservation if when you show up they've already given it away. We made do with what we were put into. it was uncomfortable and it wasn't cleaned very well either. Vehicle smelt sour we found a thing of nasty ranch between the back seats.
