- TSTruett Shilling5 days ago3.0It seems there has been management change at this location? It is not very "instant" anymore. ? I have had a good experience with this business in the past... I there two days ago on 3-15-26 on at Thursday at 3:15pm. I had two cars in front of me so I knew there would be a wait... No big deal. So I got comfortable in my 4runner and I waited. I did not mind waiting because I am VERY picky about my 4runner that has over 250k on it, but I knew Evan who was (?) the manager there would make sure everything was done correctly. A little after 3:50pm I entered the bay to get my oil changed... I was a little concerned, because I did not see any of the crew from last time, including the manager Evan. There was only two guys in the building handling both bays, they seemed a little stressed and short handed. The guys were friendly and made small talk, but I was concerned. The oil was changed, and I was told to drive forward out of the bay. I heard a "clunk clunk" and it seemed I ran over something? I stop right outside the bay... The employee when back a grab what I ran over... It was the skid plate oil access panel! Ugh... This confirm what I was worried about them missing something because they were in a rush. Then the employee at the nerve to ask me, "Do you want us to put it back on?". I say yes of course! I thought I could just back into to bay and have them put it right back on but they had me pull around again to get back in line! I couldn't believe it... It was now after 4:20ish, and I had been there over an hour! I waited patiently for my turn for them to put the access panel back on. I finally got back in the bay, I left after 4:35pm, over an hour and half later! No discount, no offer of discount for next time, nothing... I will not be back. I will trust my 4runner with someone else or do it myself. Just beware...
