- RRRhodaFeb 15, 20265.0The employees was nice and attentive. I took my car there to get an inspection and see if I needed a wheel alignment and the inspection was free. I didn't have to wait too long. I felt comfortable with the results by the time I left.
- NTNic TaylorFeb 11, 20265.0I first started using Point s about 9 years ago when I was in The Dallas I got a flat tire right across the street from Les Schwab and walked across the street with my one and a half year old son that I had in the car with me and the lady behind the desk was completely and totally rude to me no customers in the store whatsoever just me and my one and a half year old and acted like I was inconveniencing her to have a flat tire replaced and kept snapping at my son for being a one-year-old and trying to talk so I walked out of the store back to my vehicle and upon walking up to my car right above it on the hillside was a Gill's point S for the Dallas sign. So I called them and had them come to a roadside flat repair for me the guy laughed so hard that I was parked directly across the street from Les Schwab underneath a Gill's point of sign that he waved the roadside service charge and only charged me for the tire in the mount couple years later I moved to Madras didn't have the best experience the local Les Schwab so I went to the Gill's point of here in Madras where I have had all of my vehicles worked on I take all my work Vehicles there David and his team are awesome they go above and beyond to get the job done and I wouldn't have anybody else do my tires or suspension on my vehicles. And no several business owners that will only take their business vehicles to David and his team
