No one made fun of me for popping my trunk on accident instead of my hood (oops) 🫣 and it didn't hurt that one of the gentlemen was incredibly easy on the eyes either. Lol. I go to the dealership and he shows me pictures of a broken part that holds the filter in. So I had to buy a new one and pay for another full oil change. Ended up paying $260!! Seriously!! I will not be using it hem again!!
