He came out and checked my battery, which needed to be replaced, and took me through the different types of batteries I could use and I felt no pressure at all to purchase anything one way or another which was a concern of mine going in there not knowing anything. Jaxon even helping install the new battery and was so polite and explained the process as he was going. I would definitely go back and feel extremely comfortable doing so! Thanks Jaxon!

When I asked if someone could help me Ethan jumped right out from behind the counter and helped me!! He was fantastic! In a time when customer service is starting to wane I'm so happy to say this young man stands out! He didn't just help me, he also stopped to assist someone else with their wipers as well! Auto Zone you are lucky to have this young man working for you!! Thank you again Ethan you really did make my day so much better!!
