- AGAshley Gonzalez5 days ago1.0This was the absolute worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t check anything. They didn’t show me the levels. They didn’t air up my tires. They were rude, and I had to basically yell at them to do the full inspection on my car and show me my oil level very rude when I left. Also, I was about to get out until the person behind me to not even get their oil changed. I had to go have it rechecked at a different oil company.
- GMGabriela MonteroApr 22, 20261.0I want to share my negative experience with this location. I went in for a routine oil change, and during the service, they damaged a part of my car. As a result, my vehicle leaked oil on two separate occasions, leaving me stranded on the road far from home and forcing me to call a tow truck both times. I spoke with the manager, who initially agreed to reimburse me for the towing expenses since the issue was clearly not my fault. However, it has now been 5 months and I still have not received any reimbursement. Instead, I’ve only been given excuses, being told repeatedly that they “still don’t have an answer.” At one point, the regional manager contacted me, but when I returned the call, I never got a response. To this day, no one has taken responsibility or followed up on my case. This situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially since the problem was caused by their service. I hope they take responsibility and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
