  My truck came out dirty and nit just kind of dirty or my being picky. Then my back truck window still had soap all on it so I pulled over got in the bed if my truck ajd theres still soap, not water all in the bed. Soap on my glass su roof and back window. Quarter panels, hood, windshield, and mirrors were dirty ajd I used 3 hand rags I had to get clean as I could. So I paid 22 bucks plus a 5 dollar tip to get a truck thats dirty and still has soap on it. I will never be back. I highly dont recommend.

  This carwash is complete crap. I started going here because it's touchless, and I don't want any swirls on my paint. This pic is after the wash. What a JOKE

  I just took my Tesla through UNITED CAR WASH in Lake Oswego and I’m honestly pretty frustrated. The car came out still visibly dirty. The side panels, hood, trunk, and fenders all have a hazy dirt coating like it barely touched the surface. For a paid wash, I expect it to at least look clean in normal daylight. What really bothers me is advertising this as “touchless” only to have employees wipe the car down afterward with dirty rags. If it’s truly touchless, why is my car being hand-rubbed at the end? Now I’m seeing straight-line scratches in my clear coat that were not there before. It looks like they were caused by the final wipe-down. I chose this place specifically to avoid swirl marks and scratches. That clearly didn’t happen. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. Edit: I wash it weekly at a premium touch-less wash in beaverton, the last time I washed it was five days ago. And the last professional hand wash I had was 30 days ago. I saw this car wash on Google and decided to change up from my usual spot to check out this place. Also, the pictures are taken 10 minutes after I left the car wash once I got back to work. I will reach out to the business owner and update.

  Jerry, Rylie, and Manuel did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be more happy with the results! Amazing customer service and thorough cleaning. Great experience and I would greatly recommend coming here, if I ever need help again I’m definitely coming back!

  2nd time coming in with a dirty car and leaving with a outstanding beautiful vehicle so Speechless on the work. the 2nd time was better then the Frist had a great conversation with staff they did amazing. thank you Jerry& muzmen for taking care of me in a rush will definitely be back and have all friends and family stop by
