I’d stopped at three Enterprise agencies along I-5, and none were able to help, for various reasons. Stopped here in Lake Oswego. Andrew was very helpful. He got me into a suitable vehicle and in about 3 minutes I was on my way - saving me a round trip to PDX during rush hour. Happy customer once again!

When we arrived, we were told our car had been given away because “online reservations don’t guarantee a vehicle.” They claimed they tried calling us, but we were mid-flight from the East Coast, and by the time we landed it was close to midnight and the location was closed. The employee told us we would need to call around and drive to other locations to find a car, but none of the nearby Enterprise branches had availability. We eventually found a car in a nearby town, and the employee at the original location said he would contact the Wilsonville branch to honor our original reservation rate. However, when we returned the car at Wilsonville, the staff told us they had never received a call about honoring the original price. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend relying on Enterprise if you’re traveling from out of state, as their reservations do not appear to be guaranteed and communication between locations is unreliable.
