So I called them they said it could take up to a hour and a half. So I sat there finally I started calling place les swabs was to busy so I called Gills guy was there in like 15 minutes changed my tire with in 25 minutes. Thank you guys so much !! Robin
- EPEmily PaulsonDec 4, 20252.0Came here for winter tire change over, not only did they break the tire pressure monitor system when we came back to have them check it after multiple trips to the dealership in Bend and back, and they did indeed own up to the fact they broke it but they didn’t talk to us, just put in an aftermarket part without our consent. The fact they broke the genuine OEM part and then tried to be untruthful that it wasn’t OEM when the car is less than a year old and purchased directly from the dealership removes any trust we had with their services, but the fact they skimped on the replacement part and then tried to say they were doing us a favor when they broke it and were responsible for the replacement part is unacceptable. Our trust has been lost with this company and we won’t be returning as customers and I advise to be careful when dealing with their services as they didn’t care about us or the issue they caused.
