    Drove an hour and a half after calling to be sure they had the correct parts which they claimed they did, but didn't. only to be rudely greeted by the technician. Who walked away from me while asking about said parts. The guy/"technician" who was getting customers had zero answers to my questions and was not friendly whatsoever. Will never go back to this location.

    It was very cool to just sit in my car while my oil is being changed. The technicians were not trying to upsell me on things I did not need which I really enjoyed. Next time I'm in Oregon I will be using them.

    I needed an oil change quick and right away. This was the only space open where I was able to get an oil change right away in the Klamath Falls area. As I needed an oil change right away, I had to choose to go with them. I had no issues, and they were very friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle, understanding the different types of oil and what I wanted to put in. I would definitely recommend going back to the space next time I need an oil change for someone else I know.
