Told me I was a quart low, not true, I check often and would NEVER let it get there! 2. They took out my air filter to show me, told them I would change it myself, when I got home to change, they had not installed canister cap correctly, tightened screws or clamps. 3. Told me there was rodent activity, it was nothing more than grass clippings. 4. Coolant was bout a pint low and wanted to charge me crazy price to top off, should be included for price charged for oil change! 5. Told me I had a transmission leak, checked it several times before I got home (another month on the road), took it to my shop and they told me there was no problem! Sorry service and do not appreciate being lied to or con attempt!!😡😡
