I spent 10 to $15000. There always trusted them. But then I had them put a rebuilt transmission in my Jeep. It was worse than the old one. If they even changed it at all I complained about it many times they will not even talk to me about it. They had to replace all the bearings in the rear differential that were replaced by them between 5 and 10000 miles ago. They charge me $1100. That should have lasted at least A52 a 100. Then they put back the old. The axle seand it started leaking and it caught the Jeep on fire. Then they charge me another $700 for should have just flushed $5000 down. The will never go back there again. They refuse to take raccessibility for shoddy work..

Horrible experience and work. Thought this place specializes in DRIVELINE work. Took my tacoma to get its original carrier bearing replaced. Was made to feel like I was an inconvenience for making the first call to walking in. Took my truck in and got it back, thought everything was good to go. Didn't make it far at all and it started howling loudly. Called em back and was told it was normal but they would look at it. Next day I didn't get it there at 8am on the dot as I have kids who need to go to school. Was rudely told they couldn't take it in as I was late.. it was barely 9am. Ok well Thanksgiving was upon us so I figured whatever maybe it will work itself out. I didnt want to go back as the front desk lady isn't pleasant and I shouldn't recieve attitude for their shotty work but I digress. So on Thanksgiving I go for a drive and feel an excessive vibration coming from the carrier bearing, but it was just replaced right ? (I've included a picture of what I found.) It was missing a bolt and driveline was sagging heavily in the carrier. I called and the owner I presume, was very polite and told me to bring it in the next day and I was told not to worry, they will fit it in between jobs. Cool! So I take it back in. When I go to pick it up I see it's got the missing bolt replaced but the drivelines sagging heavily still. So I go in and ask the front desk lady if that's normal. Got a irritated look and she went to ask if it is normal for the sagging. She returned and I was told yep totally normal by someone in the back. OK so I leave. Now it's been 2 weeks and I had to take it to another mechanic to get it redone. I was told it should not move at all inside the carrier bearing and that I was lucky I caught it before it caused alot more damage Its sad that I had to pay someone else to fix something as simple as a carrier bearing. I am highly dissatisfied that a driveline specialist couldn't do the job well, used the cheapest bearing possible and then lied saying it was totally normal when it clearly was defective. If I had left it as it was it could've done alot of damage. They shouldve replaced the bearing not loctite a bolt and call it good. Please, Avoid this place at all cost. ** response back to owner: Not making the appointment was not the issue as I was able to return it to get it fixed. The issues are: 1: the work wasn't done right the first time as there was a missing bolt on my driveline and my driveline was sagging and not center 2: when I brought it back to you, it wasn't replaced and just bolt was and I told it was totally normal for it to be in the condition it was. 3: your office Assistants are not pleasant when all I wanted was my truck to be properly taken care of. I was there 2 times and couldn't trust you to do the job I paid you to do right. I have the defective carrier bearing for you if you would like to refund the money I paid for it. I kept it to show how messed up it was. It was clearly defictive and you were ok with me driving it away 2 seperate times. You should have my number on file.

Quick turn around. Always have been super busy but they also give us a high level of service that comes with the amount of business they provide for our volume. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating and I’d recommend this shop to others. Their pricing is competitive. You get what you pay for and we’ve never had to send a machine back for re-repairs. They do the job right the first time.

We are on vacation in Klamath Falls and our radiator started leaking badly. Didn't want to pull a trailer back to California and wind up on the side of the road so went to Drive Line Service. They got us taken care of right away, the price was very fair and they went the extra mile by replacing all the hose clamps and fittings, not just the radiator. Great service. When we move here later this year this will be the place that works on our truck when it needs it.
