- NNNoahNov 20, 20251.0I have been going here for months now and thought it was a respectable place. I got an oil change yesterday, The technicians were saying they needed to unbolt certain clamps on hoses to get to my oil filter and I was skeptical about it because they have never had to do that before…. Well I let it go and decided to trust them. I drove from Keizer to woodburn today at 5-6am and when I got to Walmart In woodburn I realized my hood was smoking. I popped my hood and realized I have no coolant. My hoses are making hissing noises that they were not making yesterday too. That being said the technician said he was loosening clamps to my hoses and now my hose is hissing and leaking coolant. My coolant was full when I went in for my oil change and when I got to Walmart it was completely empty. What kind of compensation do I get from this? **Update** Technician Broke the tube to my Water/Coolant Outlet that the hose clamps up to by over tightening it. A Mechanic named Cody at frontier automotive in Keizer diagnosed the issue and replaced the Water Coolant outlet. It cost me 450+ dollars to replace it. $20 for new coolant, and I missed out on money because I couldn’t go to work. Customer care is supposed to be getting ahold of me in order to compensate for the damages. I’ll keep everyone posted.
