He checked for a defective fuse but much to both of our surprises, there were no fuses! There's no explanation. Lights worked when I arrived except for the burned out one. Someone pulling a prank? Anyway, he replaced the fuses and I came home with all four lights working.

(Guess freight is more important than customer presence...) 🙄 Had to use self checkout which I don't enjoy as well as having to deal with the west coast gangster rap on the loud stereo.... 🤢 Could not recommend, which is a shame because this was a great store.

He helped me pick a battery and even replaced it for me, 1 hour before closing. He was very kind to me after I had a poor experience with another auto zone on commercial. Thank you Jacob!!
