After a radiator flush, my radiator cap was not put back on. Out of three employees, no one caught this critical error. About 8 miles after leaving, I made a stop and noticed steam coming from my engine. Thankfully, I stopped when I did, as I was about to begin a five-hour drive over the mountains, which could have resulted in severe engine damage. I contacted the location immediately, and to their credit, someone brought my cap and additional coolant. They acknowledged the mistake and were apologetic, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with corporate customer service was extremely disappointing. When I called to ask about guarantees or inspection coverage—since the vehicle had not yet been checked by a mechanic—I was met with rudeness. One representative hung up on me, and a manager later dismissed my concerns, stating there was no grace period and that my car would be fine. I am now experiencing a coolant leak and don’t yet know if overheating caused damage. The only resolution offered was a free oil change, which I never received. Mistakes happen, but accountability matters. I strongly recommend checking your vehicle immediately after service.

They also checked and put air in the tires. They didn’t have the air filter for this vehicle but offered to order it and swap it in later. Products they service with are high quality. I’m a happy customer!
