The first time I went to them they put a gouge in my steering wheel when they did my alignment. Fast forward to yesterday, they only did an oil change. No tire rotation or differential fluid done. I called 3 weeks in advance to have oil change, tire rotation, and front/rear differential fluid. They told me the price and I approved. I had to coordinate dropping my car off/picking it up. Much wasted effort just for an oil change. I will not go to them again.

Super professional and caring. I am not happy with point s in Eugene but it is clear to me that this location cares about safety and customer service.
