  Would leave zero stars if I could. Came in for 2 quarts oil, asked for synthetic, the person helping me looked on his computer, seemed a bit confused, went to retrieve the product, I checked the packaging and could not find synthetic on the label, I then said “I don’t think this one is correct because I don’t think it is synthetic “. To which the clerk says to me…”oil is oil, it’s whatever you put in the car”. Are you kidding me? Even I know, you do not mix oils as in synthetic vs non, you don’t mess around with the weight of the oil etc. I said I’m not sure about buying oil here if your answer is “oil is oil”. Needless to say I walked out but was wondering if somewhere in that sales persons friends or family, there might be an auto mechanic shop/business. Auto zone get your people right before they mess up someone’s vehicle.

  Robert Jennings helped me understand what was wrong with my battery! I was stranded multiple times for the past year with a new battery. Honda said it was something wrong with my steering wheel. They installed new wiring in the steering column for $400. Robert knew what was wrong and fixed it in 30 minutes! What a wizard!!! Thank you Robert!!!
