  they're fast and efficient, but also at recommending the wrong service and standing by it instead of taking responsibility. I came in for an oil change and the guy checking my car told me I was due for a tire rotation. I said yes. Next day, tpms light goes on-- I stop by discount tires for a quick pressure check the following day and they tell me my tread is low on the front wheels. Which I just rotated. So, I shouldn't have had them rotated. Just so everyone knows, valvoline doesn't base recommended services off anything but carfax and whatever the maker says. So it's whatever their computer suggests. They didn't bother actually checking the tread on my front and back wheels to compare and just autopilot recommends whatever is on the screen. Then instead of fixing it and undoing the supposed "recommendation", they told me they would charge me for it since it's labor and they would be courteous enough to give me "10% off". That was from their manager. I drove off. Not about to do shit. How can I trust them with anything else about my car? Don't bother coming here unless you're just in for a quick oil change and even then I wouldn't recommend going in -- they'll just try to sell you on other services that you might not actually need. I get not "having a tread meter" since they're not a dedicated tire spot, but if you're going to be recommending certain services, you should be equipped and capable of addressing said needs. I'll be sticking to les schwab and discount tires for help from now on. To add, they also tried blaming me every which way for it. Like really? You're going to blame me for something you recommended, and now that I'm asking for accountability and to fix it, you stick by it? Good luck out there.

  Great service. Drew was great, very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all (as a woman who came by herself) they are Informative and quick service. The guys here are efficient and look like they have a lot of fun. I highly recommend for oil changes and other services.

  Not very busy there this morning, maybe because it's Spring Break. I pulled right into a bay around 9:15 and they did all the usual checks. They offered to change out my wipers, which I admit really needed a swap out, and that was the only "extra" service I opted for. I love that they tell you what is suggested mainetenance-wise for your vehicle but they are never pushy about it. Jack and another guy whose name I didn't catch were great. Friendly without being fake. Jack asked if I had a coupon to use (I did) and even gave me an upgrade (no charge) on oil because they were out of the one I usually get. Zero complaints. Good start to the day!
