They went under my Honda and unbolted plates that did not need to be removed to service the vehicle. They finished the service and hour later. I asked is all well down there because I watched a video and there was no need for all that unbolting. Cause my vehicular damage and doesn’t want to refund me so I can take it to Honda to get the job done. Right. The manger Sam is rude and is not customer friendly doesn’t want to take accountability for their mistake. I’ll have to dispute and go through my insurance for the damages they caused

There was only one other car ahead of me, and once I was in, I was done quick! Richard was really nice and took time to answer all of my questions. There's always decent coupons available online as well. I will most likely come back to this location next time I need my oil changed. Thanks guys!

The location was adequatly staffed with knowledgeable people. The checking of lights and wipers is a great bonus. I wil be back when my car tells me it is time.
