While I was there, as usual everyone was super friendly and explained everything as was being done. When arriving home I checked my email, expecting the invoice. Wasn’t there, so a gave a call and unbelievably, I reached the new manager and she checked it out and indeed it was not given. I needed it for the warranty. She tells me she’s going to hand deliver it to me! I was WOWED! 15 mins. Later it was in my hands. NOW… that’s service! BIG thank you to “ONIE” for your customer care! Karen S

We have been a valvoline customer when they were Oil Can Henry’s. The assistant manager Shaughn was very inappropriate and was referring to customers as “rude” names to his co workers. Very unimpressed with valvoline.

- SCSam ConniNov 3, 20251.0Employees seem poorly trained and unsupervised. Excessivly overtightened oil filter housing. Throwing tools in the air almost hit fender when dropped. Once your car is in the line for waiting you are blocked in and can't escape if you don't want to wait. Never again.

Two months later, they called and told me they had bought a replacement and could fix it anytime. I came back today for that wheel cap replacement, but one of the techs, Luis, hesitated to install it. The main reason for my visit today was an oil change and tire rotation, but Luis told me they couldn’t do the rotation because of a “staff shortage” — even though there were four workers there. What really bothered me is that I was the first to arrive, yet they moved my car and helped two ladies with fancy cars before me. On top of that, two of the employees didn’t even know how to turn off the maintenance required light. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
