Plus, mileage given on window sticker shaves another 500 miles off of that. This results in Valvoline stating next oil change is due in 4,500 miles when Subaru recommends next oil change is due in 6,000 miles. This deceptive practice creates rapid customer return for service which generates greater income for Valvoline. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau because customers are unknowingly taken advantage of.
