I made a reservation last month, when there was an August promotion, and saw today that the price has dropped substantially for the same dates and locations, so I took the gamble to ask if there was a way to get a price match. Sure enough, they did, and even applied the August discount and a further drop as a kind courtesy. Even in these difficult economic times, there are good companies, and I am very grateful, as a cross country move is not cheap to begin with, to have customer service that goes above and beyond!

Had second thoughts about the car carrier and they had no issues cancelling it. Changed the drop-off locations couple of times and all went really smoothly. It was a new truck and had no issues. I will definitely recommend them and will always check with them first before going to UHaul or Budget
