When I came in feeling frustrated because I had been given the wrong head lamp bulb & air filter (on a different day, by a different employee) he not only made double sure he ordered the right items, he went out in the pouring rain to replace the headlamp and made sure I had "Bulb Grease" so it would not short out if any moisture got to it.
