After four decades in the service industry I would be hard pressed to suggest any thing this dealership could do to improve service! The entire staff is professional and great at building relationships. RV technician performance has been top notch and any repairs have been excellent on the first attempt. All pros; no cons for this business.

AFTER negotiating price, terms, getting approved on credit ap, placing a deposit, scheduling our independant inspector, and making arrangements to purchase our RV from out of state, the manager informed us they got offered more money and sold the unit out from under us. Thanks Camping World for wasting my 8 hour round trip, gas, lodging, etc and now spring is here and we have no unit. HIghly recommend selecting a different dealership. Cascade RV not frar from them appear to have better reviews-might be a more honest sales experience.
