- CLC. LabrieNov 14, 20255.0This review has been slightly delayed by life in general. Our check engine light came on as we were heading home from the Tri cities and back to Portland near 5pm. Perfect storm of bad timing, as check engine lights tend to be. It being a Sunday, and the next day being government hoilday, nothing was open and everything was closing- But Autozone was open so we thought 'well at least they have that diagnostic tool, if its not to bad we can limp back home'. Micheal was able to quickly diagnose it was a sparkplug issue and two of them had to be replaced. Which thank goodness it was a semi-easy fix. He even came out to check my work (it had been a minute since I've replaced a spark plug) and help us figure out a fix for a broken screw so nothing would fly into the engine while driving. Micheal, thank you. It was a super busy evening and we really appreciated you taking the time to check in on us. We made it home safely! Car runs better than ever now! (but don't worry we will rent to drive long distances for now until we can get that screw fixed. lol)
