  Roms delivered outstanding customer service from start to finish. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process of replacing the battery smooth and hassle-free. There were no issues at all, and he was more than willing to step in and do the work himself, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does and goes above and beyond to help.   I had a battery issue and brought my car in. Janet and Mia took the time to help me diagnose the issue, purchase a new battery, and even swapped it out for me. During the swap-out, Janet was calm, pleasant, and even discovered another issue with my battery terminal which she changed as well. I cannot recommend this place enough for their obvious knowledge and above-and-beyond customer service. Thank you Janet!

  I’ve been shopping at this auto parts store for different items, and I’m very satisfied with their service. The staff is always attentive, helpful, and professional. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you get the right parts. Overall, I appreciate their customer service and reliability.   Byron was extremely helpful and professional while helping me change my car’s battery. I bought a brand new battery and corrosion treatment kit.Byron cleaned the corrosion off of my battery, changed it, and applied the preventative spray. I didn’t have to do a thing. My only regret was that I didn’t have any cash to tip him. Thank you Byron!!!
