  I love these guys & gals at the wood village/Gresham location. They're always extremely consistent. I can rely on everything getting taken care of and then handling things i'm not even aware of. This is my one.Stop shop for basic vehicle maintenance. Thank you, for always doing an excellent job! I only trust you with this new motor.

  I had a great experience during my recent visit for an oil change. The team was professional, friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. I would also like to mention Lucie — she was especially polite and pleasant to talk to, and made the whole experience even better. Thank you for the excellent work — I’ll definitely be coming back

  I swung by after work this evening because I knew I was overdue for an oil change. They’re open until 7pm, which made it super convenient for me to come by and not have to miss work. They got me in super fast and completed an oil change, a cabin air filter change, and a back wiper change for me in less than 30 minutes. All of the employees were very kind and informative, even when I asked questions. I didn’t feel forced to get any of the services they offered in addition to my oil change, but I was very glad they checked so I could get it done. The manager was super informative and helpful in explaining what they did. I’ll definitely be coming here for my future maintenance.

  I had a great experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location. The team was very professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They walked me through everything they were doing and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, and the staff worked together smoothly like a well-organized team. They also double-checked everything and made sure I was comfortable before I left. It’s not often you find a place that combines speed, honesty, and good customer service like this. Definitely coming back for future services!

  Honestly never had a bad experience. I have and older Toyota, and due to an oil leak that we found, they actually recommended that I start using the cheaper oil. If that's not good customer service, I don't know what it is lol. They are quick and efficient, and I usually tend to have an alright, time-killing conversation with a stranger lol. And yeah, sometimes the line can be long, but patience is a good thing to consistently practice 😆✌️
