  I had a great experience at Gil‘s! I had tires fuel system, cleaned, spark plugs, alignment, and a couple days earlier oil change, and everything was done really nicely! I felt like they were honest and reasonable. And I had been told by a car dealership that I needed brakes and gills told me now you don’t need brakes. They’re at 80% while I was sitting there. Two people waited to say goodbye to Sean the manager, and then someone brought in goodies for everyone. That tells you a lot about a place when people are so appreciative! Thank you to the mechanics. I took care of my car and to the gal at the front desk That helped me and made sure that my air filter and tires were there so my car can get done! Sorry, I don’t know the gal‘s name at the front desk! Sheila Dodd

  They where very helpful i got a flat tire and they were able to fix it right away from me so I wouldn't miss the funeral I was on my way to so grateful for them to be so helpful, wonderful service, I would recommend them to anyone if you want friendly people, that will help you with a good price come. To this tire, place.

  Found this location close to home, that has multiple skilled and professional staff members who are mindful of the customer's experience. With my initial service, I was able to be provided with an in person "show and tell" of my vehicle's diagnostic inspection(s) / findings. It offered transparency that I have not often recieved from other mechanic shops. Thankfully, Gills Point S can offer a wide range of services all at one location, which my vehicle really needed. The encounters with each staff member have been friendly with each service appointment I have experienced. The process of exploring issues with vehicles often brings confusion and delays, but the staff takes pride in their work and strives to reach a successful final outcome with their service / vehicle repairs. The option to be provided with a form of transportation for my work commute, while my vehicle was in the shop, was a tremendous help. My old ford and I are thankful to have found a nearby shop that obtained a hard working mechanical team that has made it worth investing into my car's repairs.

  When bringing my vehicle in for a brake check, we found our rear shocks were shot and the front ones were in poor shape. Shawn and the team at Point S were willing to work with our after market warranty company. Despite constant delays from the warranty company, Shawn kept us informed and was great to work with. The repairs needed were done in a timely fashion and, once again, Point S has impressed my wife and I with their professionalism, excellent work and super customer service. We will continue to use Point S for our vehicle needs. Thanks again!

  I had Gill's rotate and balance my tires and while they were doing that they noted my shocks were worn down. They told me that should be taken care of soon, told me the cost. No pressuring me to do it now. I decided to get it done while my truck was up in the air. Later~ driving around for a few weeks,I was wondering if the loud noise, rattling, and vibration and the feeling I was running on square tires was a norm for new shocks. I made an appt for them to check them and possibly adjust. Good thing because one of the rear shocks was loose and not entirely attached anymore. Shocks were too long! Gills made it right. Kept my truck, ordered smaller shocks. Gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day when my truck was done. What a smooth ride now. Amazing. They were transparent regarding the problem and corrected it immediately.
