- BEBeverly EstesApr 1, 20264.0Sadly this time they only get 4 stars. The staff is fabulous but the car I had this time was noisy, didn't brake smoothly, and was uncomfortable. That being said I was happy they found a car within the rental insurance coverage limits.

He had a light-hearted sense of humor & kept the transaction process simple. Would recommend Enterprise as we've used them on & off as needed over the years & if you decide you don't like the vehicle your assigned they will try to get something you like better. All in all no complaints.👍
