Two people showed up at my work after I had just talk to Bryan on the phone and made an agreement to return the car at 5pm. So embarrassing. My coworkers, both my bosses were there and customers I see on a daily basis. When I brought the car back at 4pm they wouldn't let me keep it for one more day even though I was willing to pay for it then. Didnt explain why. Had someone drive me home. He was talking on his phone to his "bosses bosses boss, Benjamin" about his 10 year anniversary with the company. Which isnt till next year. Putting my life at risk. I didnt feel safe. I feel disrespected and my life wasn't important to them. They car was fine, but customer service needs work. This is my first time renting a car and it was one of the worst experiences I've had

He was very kind and friendly through the entire transaction. Thanks Brandon.
