He ran into an issue with the screw size, and quickly figured it out. I will say, I didn’t like how the team didn’t help him when he needed a new screw size. The store was very slow and his employees were available to help, but no one did. I felt like the manager was rude to him - she told him to figure it out. I was standing infront of Nathan and the manager and she shook her head at him and said figure it out and walked away. And he did. With a smile on his face the whole time. I’ve been a manager in customer service for many years, and that is not okay to treat your employees like that. Nathan is amazing. This boy deserves a raise. Thank you Nathan for your excellent customer service!

Jordan was personable and made what should have been a boring chore feel like a VIP experience. Not only did he help me pick out the right blades, but he also hopped right out and replaced them for me in no time. So thankful! Awesome customer service—10/10.
