  Very helpful experience today at the Gresham Auto Zone. Shout out to Nathan! He helped me locate, choose and change one of my headlights. I learned much more than I knew when I first walked in there. I valued the opportunity to learn and ask questions. Thanks Nathan!

  The best ,they have a good option and they can figure out what you need by putting you Licences plate numbers.And have good deals.

  The 5 stars are for Nathan!! I came in with a bad battery, with old stripped screws and he was so kind and calm changing my battery. He ran into an issue with the screw size, and quickly figured it out. I will say, I didn’t like how the team didn’t help him when he needed a new screw size. The store was very slow and his employees were available to help, but no one did. I felt like the manager was rude to him - she told him to figure it out. I was standing infront of Nathan and the manager and she shook her head at him and said figure it out and walked away. And he did. With a smile on his face the whole time. I’ve been a manager in customer service for many years, and that is not okay to treat your employees like that. Nathan is amazing. This boy deserves a raise. Thank you Nathan for your excellent customer service!
