  This review is not on the service I received. Because I did not stick around to subject myself to any more "Service". Valvoline instant Oil Change as been our vender for years on my wife's Toyota. Despite there being a mix-up on the last sticker in the window everything has been good. Yesterday I drove in at 8 am. On my way I got a phone call from a long time customer that has an issue. I pull into the lane and wait about 30 feet from the building. I do this so I show respect to both the customer on the phone and the crew at VIOC. I hold both my hands up to the windshield in the international "HOLD-ON" gesture. Then I make the "On the phone" gesture. The crew is not waiting for me to finish my call and insists I pull into the service bay. I do so. Still on the phone and taking both hand given directions and verbal. But I am not responding to any questions due to being on the phone with this customer. I again make the on phone sign and place the the phone to my ear as I have turned the key off and the phone had disconnected. More questions being shouted that I can't here. Now there is nobody else at the establishment at this time waiting for service. The next move was by the younger of the two gentleman. He signaled me to drive out out of the bay. I did so. I then stopped where he was standing. The customer on the phone settled on a course of action and we disconnected. I rolled down my drivers side window and asked why I was told to exit? The young man replied that " they can't have me tie up a lane for other customers (That were non-existent) I replied that I said I was on the phone with a customer and made you to understand that while making the phone sign. "If you want you can drive around and pull back into the service bay." Where I was not 3 seconds before. He then goes on to scold me for not being considerate of the 0 other customers. My wife might go back but not me.

  Huge shoutout to the legends at the Grants Pass Valvoline! 🛠️ I’m currently traveling for a new job and had a minor disaster when my skid plate came off on the highway. Sean, John, and AJ were absolute pros—they listened, jumped right in, and got me back on the road in no time. To the Store Manager: you’ve got an incredible team here.   Cody and all the other guys go above and beyond. They’ve given me great advice on getting tires replaced, helped me with installing license plate lights that they special ordered went to pick up and installed for me right then in there. Recommendations on where to go when I had a rattling exhaust pipe and were very honest with me when I came in for a radiator flush on my truck I thought I was due for and they said there had been a mistake or miscommunication and that I was not due for quite some time saving me a lot of money. Stand up guys very knowledgeable highly recommend this place.
