- GAG AlanApr 2, 20261.0I had to have jiffy do an oil change, i was short on time. I usually do my own. Jiffy put on a little runt oil filter. Far smaller than my normal filters. So at home now, Im changing the oil but my filter wrench is too big for the little runty filter jiffy put on. I HAVE TO BUY A LIL RUNT WRENCH NOW TO CHANGE MY OIL and put the proper oil filter on. Jiffy never told me they were installing a lil runt filter. THANKS JIFFY YOU SNEAKS

I had to argue with him then get short and tell him that I have the registration to MY VEHICLE in my glove box. He kept wanting to argue saying "that's weird because our system is connected to the DMV" or DOL whatever .. regardless I shouldn't have to argue with some man about the facts of MY CAR. Secondly I was getting a tune up my car is in Bay 3 and I'm watching the guy do the stuff on my car.... He's standing there distracted TALKING AND SMOOCHING HIS GIRLFRIEND. In WHAT WORLD is this professional behavior?
