The service manager did not understand GVWR, staying that was the truck's beginning weight not the max safe loaded weight. Your respons is incorrect while being 10'6" tall my truck is not over the GVWR. This vehicle is 10500 per the scales. I am not running an overloaded vehicle. The service manager did not make any of the offers stated in the response! He refused the vehicle.

Let me first say I hate buying cars from a dealer either new or used especially with a trade in but buying a car here was as good an experience as anyone could hope for. To try and point out a single person would be a disservice to all. Everyone I saw or spoke to( I passed a few people working in the lot as well as inside the Dealership) were nice, acknowledged my hello. A very friendly place indeed. The people I worked with were nice and very professional. My uncle sold cars years ago and when asked how to tell if you got a good deal, he would reply...if you feel like you got a good deal then you did. Well let me tell you I got a great deal. Thanks to everyone involved including the folks behind the scenes as it can't be this good without great leadership.

They really went above and beyond for my mom ...Robin listened to every detail we required in a used SUV..She brought the SUV to our home to make sure elderly and handicap family members could safely get in and out on there own and be comfortable driving or riding 😀 she didn't rush us in anyway ...I will definitely Refer Robin and the team of people at Grants Pass automotive.
