He knew he needed a full day to repair it but it ended up taking most of the 2nd day, into Christmas Eve. We felt horrible that he had to do tons of extra work around the holidays. He even had to drive to Medford on Christmas Eve to have a special brake line made! Him and Rachel have gone above and beyond what anyone would expect. We are so very grateful for them always willing to work on our rig. They’re even capable of balancing and rotating our huge 37” tires.

I was able to schedule my appointment online without any problems and with only a small security deposit to hold my purchase an appointment in place until I got there about a week later. It only took about 15 minutes for them to start working on my vehicle and about 45 minutes to complete the entire job, so I was able to wait comfortably in their store. Both the counter person, and the technicians were very friendly, and if there was anything that needed attention or had to change, they brought it to me first before making any changes. The tires I purchased were also a great deal compared to a lot of the other places I had looked at. I highly recommend Gills Point S tire service to anyone looking for a great deal, quality tires, and excellent service.
