You and your team called my family member instead of me. Nothing about how you dealt with my situation was handled professionally. You guys didn't let me know about the debris in behind the glove box and were going to charge me even though it could have been a simple fix for my fan blade. More to the point when I was stressed out because the story on my seals for the car kept changing as well. One of your workers was belligerent and said "Just be happy you don't have a dead rodent in your car." When I pay for the things that are worked on for my car and I was a college student.
