As they were preparing for the oil change... I asked what would keep her low pressure tire light on even after they were checked and aired at Les Schwab the day before ( nothing against Les Schwab) .... The gentleman taking info on the computer for the car said... Something about tire beads and something else and said.. let us take a look and ect. They did it.. and check the amount redone ect. All I have to say is THANK YOU FOR TAKING AN EXTRA MOMENT AND NOT BRUSH IT OFF BUT GO BEYOND YOUR JOB . MY DAUGHTER TEXT ME AND SAID.. THE LIGHT WENT OUT AND PEACE OVERWHELMED HER. The drive back to Idaho w 2 kids will be sweet. Thank you and your excellent service .
