- SHSusan HSep 21, 20255.0I'm from another state where we only have to do the back license plate. In Oregon it is front and back. I had no idea. Curtis and Ken helped me get the right plates for the front and showed me how to take care of it. They are a very friendly helpful staff at the Florence Auto Zone. Also in December of last year the brake line went out on the truck. They were super helpful then too. My husband knows more about cars but they sat and talked him through the job and got him the right parts. I really appreciate this store. The auto parts store up the road doesn't help like this one. And. I really needed the help today with this quick job that would have been a pain for me alone. Thank you!!
- RMRon MooreAug 21, 20255.0I am towing my trailer on a five month trip (and I'm 1,400 miles from home in Phoenix) when suddenly my starter goes out. I reach back in my memory to when I replaced it in 2011. I then stop in Auto Zone. Within 30 seconds they plugged in my phone number and pulled up my truck, then showed me the purchase and that it had a lifetime warranty. When I saw the part was $300, I asked "Is it totally free?". "Yes" replied the employee. I then asked "Will my warranty continue for free on the new one?" "Yes" the employee responded. I immediately broke into my "happy dance" and said "That is why I only shop at Auto Zone!!!" Friendly and helpful staff, clean stores, had my part in stock at that very instant, fair prices, and even a rewards program. What more could I ask!

I showed up completely clueless about car batteries, and they could not have been more patient, kind, and professional. They explained everything in a way I could actually understand and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for not knowing what I was doing. They handled the battery change quickly and efficiently, and their genuine kindness really stood out. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and I left feeling taken care of and confident in my car again. Ken G is absolutely manager material! Huge thanks to both of them!
