  It was great. They were all very pleasant and they found the problems and fix them. MY VOLVO Ws there for almost 2 weeks. When they delivered it to me it looked like a brand new car and it runs like a dream. Nolan my service representative kept me updated, he was very pleasant to talk with me. I WOULD RECOMMEND SHEPHERD VOLVO to anyone who has a VOLVO. They are the best.

  Amazing service, attentive service agent. Car was ready on time. Explanation of what was recommended, and pricing of that list in an email. Check out was easy and efficient. Nolan assisted me both at check in and check out with efficient consideration, and professionalism.

  The service took a little longer than expected but the Lyft service from and to my home made it easier to work around. It was great to finally have the software upgrade completed.

  1st time, very pleased with the service. Helpful with all my questions. Seemed like they cared. The video they send you after the service is done and awnser your questions or let you know if they have concerns about something was great! I really appreciated it.

  I bought a used Volvo on 3/18/26. Best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Laid back atmosphere. No phoney or fake niceness from staff. I worked with Lee. He gave me a very fair deal on my trade in and on the purchase of the Volvo. It’s the first time I have walked away from buying a car and didn’t feel that the dealership tried to get every penny they could from me. No pressure. No talking in circles or sales catch phrases. I genuinely felt that the deal was profitable for the dealer and also very fair and reasonable for me - the way business should be done - everyone wins. Another salesman stopped by my seat and struck up a conversation about cars and life, not because he had an agenda, just simply because he was friendly and seemed to take an interest in human narratives. This is a stellar team to work with and will be my go to car retailer for as long as I am in the Northwest.
