Brandon was very helpful and made it possible for my car to be done in one day. He even leant me sunglasses for the day. Mechanic Kyle noticed and fixed some safety issues with my car that I was grateful for. Overall a very good experience and I really appreciated the customer service.

Bought a 2025 VW Tiguan in August 2025 & by December 2025 it had spent more time in the shop than not. After going back and forth with VW Corp. I was offered “hush” money (what I call it). I traded the car out to get something I can actually rely on. After trading in my car elsewhere I tried calling the dealership numerous times to cancel my Gap Insurance and Warranty. They finally gave me a call back a week later and told me to come in on Saturday. Their busiest day of the week. At this point it was obvious they were doing everything possible to keep that stipend and not get my cancellation processed. When I went in that Saturday I waited for an hour and gave up. Walked over to Audi and spoke with a manager there who sent a stern email for them to get their shit together. FINALLY I received confirmation of my cancellation two days later. That was February 17th 2026. I was told I should expect a check in the mail within a month. It is now 4/1/2026. I have not received a check, a returned email or even a returned call. They single handedly have been the most unreliable, unprofessional dealership I have worked with. I constantly have been calling and leaving voicemails because I know how easy mail is lost. No communication is a joke.
My salesman was awesome though! Managers are trash.
They made my buys process easy , they worked the deal to get what i asked for . They where not pushy they treated me very well . I been in the car business for more then 20 years and so far this has been my best the experience, would recomend them 100%, shout out to the staff and my sales person Josiah Darland you rocked man so did every one else . Thanks guys
A special thank you to Chris at Sheppard VW in Eugene for helping me with purchasing my new Taos. His communication, attention to detail, and ability to answer all my questions were really what gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. This is my 3rd VW, and I knew I wanted to stay with the brand, so the transition to my next car was smooth. Chris, the staff, Sales Manager JC, and Finance Manager Erin all made the experience positive and convenient. Plus, the VW location was easy to navigate, parking was easy to find on-site, and the lobby and sales area were lovely and relaxing, making the process peaceful. I also loved the beautiful image of the Vintage VW bus on the wall. Everyone was so kind, and I am grateful for the exemplary customer service I received.

We are to the point of considering another vehicle to replace our new 2024 vw Tiguan due to issues and lack of service or care to take care of them on a brand new expensive car. We purchased this a little over a year ago because of its features and nice driving feel and vw had 1.9% financing that was the main reason. Right away there was an issue with the fuel door not opening when trying to get gas. Then the entire fuel hatch door came off, this is a well known issue online with the Tiguan. It’s also supposedly an easy fix however it tool 4 trips of leaving the vehicle with vw Eugene to finally be able to get fuel without fear the door would stick closed or break. Now there is an annoying chime and flash saying travel assist is not available another common issue when looking online. The fix seems to be an update of firmware or a steering wheel replacement as it has to do with the sensors in the wheel itself. We are currently scheduled to get that diagnostic done so another day of dropping off the car and getting a ride to work and back, fingers crossed they can fix this issue in one trip, but doubtful. The level of customer service and empathy is poor so far to date. The sales folks were very friendly and helpful part of the reason we upgraded to the R line but now wish we had bought a different make and model of small suv. They also always say they will clean out and wash the car while it’s there all day, 4 visits later it has yet to be cleaned.
