  Great place, honest/fair pricing, good work, and nice people- they also have the system to recharge cars with the 1234yf refrigerant systems. Any issues I have in the future will be fixed by Randalls. 6/5 stars, definitely recommend.

  I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I went through an incredibly stressful situation with a car I had just bought that turned out to have one issue after another. What started as a simple fix turned into weeks of uncovering new problems, and my car ended up being there for over three weeks. Through all of it, they were absolutely amazing. They kept me updated every step of the way, were honest about what was going on, and truly worked with me on costs as much as they could. I never felt like “just another customer” it honestly felt like we were in this together trying to get my car back on the road. They were patient, communicative, and genuinely cared about helping me through a really frustrating situation. That kind of service is rare. They’ve earned a customer for life, and I’m so grateful for everything they did for me. Highly, highly recommend.

  Such great service, great prices, and great communication. Provides transportation, works with you, provides options and recommendations on what are the most important repairs/replacements to tackle first and plan out next steps. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Explained their findings and what they did. Also, their services are backed by a 3 year or 36,000 miles. I highly recommend.

  This shop has been nothing but helpful. I bug them once a day with car issues and they never get fed up with me. They continue to charge fair prices and do quality work.
