  We had a break caliper fail on our work truck and they were able to get us in the same day without an appointment. While they fixed our broken caliper they also took the time to check out a few other things to make sure we were safe to hit the road again. The price was incredibly fair and the service was above and beyond!

  A pure positive experience from scheduling the appointment to explanation of the work done! TKW (Todd)? my mind... was our point of contact inside the store and very informative & professional. It's great to have such quality service options in our area! We love Groupon deals too!

  I got an appointment for the next day for a wheel alignment. The technician did a good job explaining what he did. They decided I needed new tie rods on the left side. I thought five hundred bucks was a little high, but I did it anyway. Now I know it was high. An hour and a 1 of labor and 200 bucks in parts So overcharged by one hundred and thirty dollars or so. Best bet besides telling them no is to research before you commit. Even after doing that work and another wheel alignment, they decided my passenger side camber was off, and they needed to put in a camber bolt. Don't know why they didn't know this before, but there it is.

  Went in to get my brakes worked on. While paying for the job, the man was very formal and confident in how he spoke to me. But then he tried to say that my timing belt was almost broken. He said, and I quote "They stuck a stick in it, moved it around, and felt the belt move. Thats how we know you need a new one". Thats a word for word quote. Despite his previous confidence, he said that last part to me while staring at the ground with a shaky voice. My timing belt was replaced 1 year ago. They last ~8 years and ~60,000 miles. So I told him that and he looked so flustered and embarrassed. (Not wearing a name tag of course) I thought I found a great local shop to take care of my car. But all they care about is ripping you off. Shameful stuff. At least my brakes are good. Hopefully the stick they jammed in my timing belt didnt break anything.

  The team got everything done for me in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend Point S over any other tire shop in Eugene.
